Partnerships/

Awarded the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Grant under RCORP, RHITC is in proud partnership with Connecticut Valley Addiction Recovery, Inc. (CVAR) and other vendors to aid in the ongoing SUD crisis with a focus on under or un-insured populations.

The partnership strives to achieve affordable technology solutions which serve to aid patient, clinician, and other stakeholders in the healthcare community in the prevention, harm reduction and lowering of barriers to treatment.

Clients & Technology Implementation/

AHRQ awarded health services research grants to Rural Health IT Corporation for the development of information technology for a multi-state Health Information Exchange System:  Mt. Ascutney Healthcare Consortium, Windsor-VT,  Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center Lebanon, NH, & Valley Radiology Claremont, NH.

Rural Health IT Corporation was honored to receive the HRSA FLEX HIT Network Grant to implement a Health Information Exchange (HIE) Network for The University of North Dakota, School of Medicine & Health Sciences.

 
 

RHITC was honored to be chosen as the recipient of an AHRQ Grant for the third time thus allowing for the development of an HIE Network for CHI Franciscan Health, based in Tacoma, Washington.

CHI is comprised of eight full-service hospitals in the State of Washington which include St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, St. Francis Hospital on Federal Way, St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor; St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw, and Highline Medical Center of Burien, WA.

 
 

Rural Health IT Corporation authored and won the HRSA Grant to fund the installation of a Health Information Exchange (HIE) development project for the Transylvania Community Hospital of Brevard, North Carolina.

RHITC was successful in securing a SAMHSA Grant to fund the implementation of the ChathamHealthLink HIE in
Chatham County of Southeast Georgia.

 
 
 

Rural Health IT Corporation was awarded a HRSA grant to create a regional health information exchange called the WNC Data Link to aid hospitals in western North Carolina.

 
 

RHITC assisted a large group in securing an ONC/CMS Grant for the implementation of a HIE network for then named Missouri Health Connection which has since expanded to the Midwest Health Connection.
